This session will focus on the fundamentals of employment law practice, including a discussion of recent amendments to the Missouri Human Rights Act put into place last August with the passage of Senate Bill 43. Presenter Jerome Dobson is the managing partner of Dobson, Goldberg, Berns & Rich, LLP. For many years, Mr. Dobson has dedicated his practice to representing individuals in employment litigation and other civil rights cases, as well as providing advice and counseling regarding various employment matters. He litigates in both state and federal courts, and has obtained numerous substantial verdicts and settlements on behalf of employees. He has also successfully argued cases in federal and state courts of appeals.
