This program will provide an overview of search and seizure law with an emphasis on new cases and developments.

Our speaker is Morley Swingle, Esq. Mr. Swingle is a prosecutor in the Violent Crime Unit of the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office.  He previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney and as the elected Prosecuting Attorney for Cape Girardeau County.  He has tried 164 jury trials and has handled 96 homicide cases to plea or trial.  He has taught at continuing legal education seminars throughout the country and has published numerous articles in law journals.  He has written several books, both fiction and non-fiction, and is a member of Mystery Writers of America. 

This program will run from 12:30 PM through 1:55 PM and will qualify for 1.5 MO CLE credits.
