Our speaker is Tom Kennedy, Esq. of Kennedy Hunt, PC.  Tom has decades of experience as a litigator advocating for the rights of the marginalized.  In addition to his work in private practice, he served on the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation’s Disability Rights Law Task Force and was Deputy Director of the Illinois Developmental Disabilities Law Project.  He is a past author of the Missouri CLE series on Special Education Law and has written extensively on this topic.
