Our presenter is Judge David Roither of the 22nd Judicial Circuit. Judge Roither has been a judge in that Circuit since 2018. He was a partner at the law firm of Medler and Roither, LLC from 2005 to 2018, practicing primarily in the areas of family and juvenile law. He was a frequently appointed Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in St. Louis County, City of St. Louis and St. Charles County circuit courts.
