MAY 21 CLE: Mediation in Estate Planning and Probate: Avoiding Problems and Settling Affairs Effectively

CLE Date

Nothing disrupts estate plans more than disputes over who gets what. Family relationships can be permanently ruptured. Mediation during the planning phase and after the loss of a loved one can establish positive dynamics for settling affairs as effectively as possible, preserving and protecting a person's full legacy.

Our presenter is is Alexandra Johnson, Esq. of AJ Legal Services LLC.  Alexandra Johnson's law practice focuses on estate planning. Both professionally and personally, she has seen first-hand how a good estate plan can help families and business owners navigate through issues such as dementia and other loss of competence, as well as the devastating problems that can arise when no plans are in place. Additionally, her training in this area includes programs provided by the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis, BAMSL, Office of the United States Trustee – Bankruptcy, and the Missouri Bar.

Qualifies for 1.2 MO Bar CLE credits. It runs from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. This is a virtual program.
