Our presenter is Professor Morgan Hazelton, Esq. of Saint Louis University School of Law. Morgan Hazelton is an associate professor of political science and law at Saint Louis University. She received her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and her Ph.D. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis in 2013. Before attending graduate school, she practiced law in Texas with a focus on civil litigation. Her research focuses on judicial politics, judicial hierarchy, litigation, and information theory, and has appeared in the peer-reviewed political science journals and law reviews, including American Politics Research and the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. She teaches courses related to law, including several regarding constitutional law, American politics, and quantitative methods.
