The Expedited Procedures of Chapter 517

Come review with Judge David Roither the expedited procedures of Chapter 517 in files typically handled by associate circuit judges.  The program will review the procedures unique to Chapter 517 from filing through judgment including an overview of presenting files for default and Trial de Novo procedures.

Our presenter is Judge David Roither of the 22nd Judicial Circuit. David Roither was licensed to practice law in 1999, and was a partner at the law firm of Medler & Roither, LLC from 2005-2018 practicing primarily in the areas of family and juvenile law. He was a frequently appointed Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in St. Louis County, the City of St. Louis and St. Charles County circuit courts. He has served on various boards and committees affiliated with the University of Missouri- St. Louis, Pierre Laclede Honors College, Legal Advocates for Abused Women and St. Margaret of Scotland. 

Qualifies for 1.2 Missouri Bar CLE credits. It runs from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. This is a virtual program.
