This CLE will cover one of the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark employment decisions which still sparks controversy: McDonnell Douglas Corp. v. Green. Topics will include the history of McDonnell Douglas under federal and Missouri law, recent criticism in federal decisions, and the effect a change in McDonnell Douglas could have on the Missouri Human Rights Act.
