This program provides attorneys with practical strategies for recognizing, managing, and mitigating the effects of occupational stress associated with the demands of legal practice. The presentation examines the impact of chronic stress and compassion fatigue on professional effectiveness, decision-making, client representation, and overall attorney well-being. Participants are introduced to evidence-based approaches for strengthening resilience, establishing appropriate professional boundaries, reframing unproductive thought patterns, and focusing on factors within their control. By incorporating these stress-management principles into daily practice, legal professionals can enhance their capacity to serve clients effectively, maintain ethical and professional standards, and support the long-term sustainability of their careers and law practices.
